windows7에서 arp 세팅시 오류 

arp -s
명령 사용시 windows7에서 "액세스가 거부되었습니다." 라는 메시지 발생

netsh 명령으로 해결 
netsh interface ip delete neighbors
netsh interface show interface
netsh interface ip add neighbors "로컬 영역 연결" "192.168.0.1" "00-22-33-44-55-66"
